The war on children continues as politics tear into our educational system like Chris Christie into a hamburger. Presently we try to justify anything that puts lust above family, but it gets worse. When families are split or every parent is expected to be a part of the “joy” that is employment, kids are raised off television, internet and whatever they pick up in the school system. Ignoring the blatant stupidity that is found in the media, there’s more hidden things found in our schools. Since the left-wing has practically banned religion from the public school system, the average student doesn’t quite have any meaning in life other than their social status or grades. What happens when you’re a geek who does bad at tests? Well you can ask one out of four students who suffer with depression, or simply search social media till you see a 13 year old girl cutting her own wrists, whichever helps you realize WE HAVE A PROBLEM.
So far I have found a common theme with nations void of religious virtues, an extreme increase in depression. Y’all can just ask Japan with 60% not identifying with an organized religion, but with a suicide rate 60% higher than the global average. If God is dead, humanity is dead, and humanity’s death will start with the generation we’re raising on this hopeless, materialistic philosophy. When television, social media and the public school system is all controlled by liberal “progressives” that teach us that we are animals and education isn’t considered the issue of the parents, this is what you get- people who only care about work or about popularity. In America people aren’t happy with what they have and see no reason to keep living without it, in Japan people who don’t feel like their contributing enough don’t see a reason to keep living. These approaches are horribly wrong because life is way more than relationships, money or even how successful you make yourself or others. God created everyone with a purpose and it’s not judged in material or numbers. The standard we should live by is not a material standard, we were never designed for that in the first place. Humanity cries out for a purpose and many people try to fill that with material, but what happens when that fails you? Here’s another quote from a hardcore band that I listen to- My Heart To Fear once said (or in this case screamed), “You say you’d rather live for nothing than live for something fake. Well what if nothing lets you down?”
There’s a huge problem with what Freedom From Religion Foundation refers to as “freethought”, because it lacks hope. People were made to serve God, humanity was designed to be loved with God’s infinite love and that’s something that can never be filled by anything on earth. Every life is priceless no matter how much society labels them as stupid, wrong or ugly. Unlike the robots “progressives” treat us to be, I believe people can chose to better their life, and the unfailing step in having a better life is choosing to follow Christ. If you’re doing the right thing, not according to man but according to God, you can live without regret. You no longer have to hate yourself, you’re priceless, God created you and designed you and even when we fail He came down in the flesh to die for you! I don’t understand what’s so “progressive” about believing people were born to be a certain way and people die into nothingness in the end. This isn’t the ideology of most Americans, why is it the ideology we teach our children in schools. There is no point in two parents working full time, dropping their kid off at school, and then that kid is out taking drugs and plotting suicide. So maybe if schools can’t teach hope, parents should. And instead of encouraging both parents to work, encourage families to be families and STAY families.
