militiaofone-about-me

My name’s Alec Pavlik and I created MilitiaOfOne.com

I’m an American boy who loves many things, but unlike many people, I’m not gonna start this intro out with me just listing off things I am or what I’ve accomplished. I want you to know why I think the things I think (hence the purpose of an “About Me” page). Through my life I’ve always struggled with defining who we are with labels without first describing our character. So I guess that is already a part of my nature rubbing off on this description.

I was born in 1997 into a Christian home. My parents are believers in Christ and I went to a Methodist Church, attended a Baptist School and later went to a Lutheran Church. However this has never stopped me from thinking independently. I have my disagreements in all denominations, and it’s what knowledge I have come to find that strengthens my faith in the Bible, not blindly following what people tell me. What many people my age (and younger) don’t realize is that religion and politics are the most important things that affect us. Our view of God could determine where we spend eternity or why we’re even living. Our view of politics determine how every moment of our lives are physically affected by the government. My views will come out as I continue to make blog posts, however I always want to make them seem logical. The reason I believe what I believe works is because of my interest in history. History is a great reference guide and my views are always either originating from logical interpretations of history, or my religion. My religion I have such faith in because of my knowledge of history and how God has shown himself to me.

I’ve made this blog because I want to be able to make a difference. I’m not here because I want to show everyone I’m right or to prove people wrong, I’m here because I love people. When any form of tyranny threatens life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in this nation, it’s left up to the American people, no matter how young, to act.

Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God -Benjamin Franklin

1 Timothy 4:12- Don’t let anyone look down on you because of your youth; on the contrary, set the believers an example in your speech, behavior, love, trust and purity.
